Carly Andre (she/her), MOT, OTR/L, is one of those rare pediatric occupational therapists who seems to know exactly what each baby and family needs—whether it’s navigating the tiniest details of feeding, supporting development in a complex NICU case, or simply holding space for overwhelmed parents. With over a decade of experience in both rural and hospital-based settings, Carly brings deep clinical skill and even deeper compassion to her work.

She began her OT career at a small hospital in Montana, treating both pediatric and adult patients. Since then, she has spent the last 7 years at Doernbecher Children’s Hospital, where she works across the NICU, PICU, and inpatient units. Carly has become a trusted expert in infant care and early development, known for her calm presence, interdisciplinary collaboration, and whole-family approach to healing and growth. She’s especially passionate about co-occupation, responsive care, and helping families feel confident and connected, no matter the challenges they’re facing.
